The Space Two Surfers Studio is a cozy second-floor studio located directly across from the beach. Recently refreshed and thoughtfully furnished, it’s a great little getaway for a couple or two friends looking to enjoy Hampton Beach. The studio features a queen bed, private bathroom, balcony, and cozy fireplace. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, air fryer, and K-Cup coffee maker. There is no stove or oven. Beach towels and a beach bag are also provided for your stay. At approximately 175 square feet, the studio is compact but has everything you need for a comfortable beach getaway. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony or watch the Hampton Beach fireworks from your own outdoor space. One parking space is included. Other Things to Note Two Surfers Studio is located on the second floor. There are approximately 5 stairs into the building and another flight of stairs to reach the second floor. There is no elevator. The beach is directly across the street, with the beach access stairs approximately half a block away. Please note that the property is located next to Ocean Boulevard, a main road that can have occasional traffic noise, especially during the busy summer season. A white noise machine is provided next to the bed for your comfort. The studio is approximately 175 square feet plus the balcony, so it is a cozy space designed for guests who want to spend their days enjoying the beach, restaurants, shops, and entertainment nearby.
