At night, simply pull it down to create a comfortable queen-size sleeping area. The nautical design is carried throughout the studio with coastal blue tones, nautical map artwork, natural wood accents, beach-inspired details, and carefully selected décor. The result is a fun, polished space that feels right at home by the ocean. The kitchenette is well equipped and includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, sink, and coffee maker. The Nautical Surfer's Studio is located on the first floor. There are approximately 4 stairs at the back of the building to enter. There is no elevator. The beach is directly across the street, with the beach access stairs approximately half a block away. The property is located near Ocean Boulevard, a main beach road, so there may be occasional traffic and beach-area noise, particularly during the busy summer season.
