Welcome to The HideAway on Highland — a cozy second-story 1BR/1BA condo located in a small, quiet building less than five houses from the beach. Perfect for couples or small families looking for a simple and relaxing Hampton Beach getaway. This is an older, well-loved beach condo that is clean, comfortable, and full of coastal charm without the luxury price tag. Guests enjoy full private access to the entire condo during their stay, including the comfortable living room with pull-out sofa, private bedroom, full kitchen (no dishwasher), and a twin daybed located in the kitchen area. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo. Please note this is an older building and some finishes show age and wear from years of beach living, but the space is well-maintained and thoughtfully set up for a comfortable stay. One off-street parking spot is available; however, parking can be tight. There are only 4 spaces for the building and they are tandem style, and your assigned spot is the furthest in front, which can sometimes make parking tricky if all units are occupied. There is no guarantee of parking due to this, while the other tenants do their best to move cars when needed it still isn't always the best process. I say this in true transparency to help prevent any issues. There is potential to be blocked in at times, and large vehicles/SUVs are not permitted. If needed, public parking on Ocean Blvd is less than 200 yards away, and we will gladly reimburse up to $20 per day with a parking receipt.
