This lovely 175 sq foot unit has everything you need to escape to the beach, including beach towels and bag to use while here. Full bath with shower and tub Kitchenette: Includes one full size fridge and one mini fridge, air fryer, K-Cup Coffee Maker and a microwave. Due to fire code we are not allowed to have an oven or stove in our location Includes one parking space.

Located on the 3rd floor, however its technically 4 floors up) up 55 stairs. There is no elevator. Unit is a studio and is approx. 175 sq feet. Beach is directly across the street from the property (no view) approx 200 yards.
