Good to know
You will have full access to this private 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, including a spacious balcony. The unit is located in a quiet building with only four total condos, within a 10-unit complex. The entire condo and large deck are for your exclusive use. The property is on the 2nd floor with no downstair neighbors. The pool is shared with the other nine units in the complex. The pool is only open in the summer approx 5/31 to 9/15 Total living space: 1,156 sq. ft. The downstairs bedroom features a king-size bed and a single (twin) sleeper sofa. Upstairs, you’ll find another king-size bed with a private en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms offer beautiful views of the marsh. Additionally, there is a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room for extra sleeping space.
