Other Things to Note Surfers Sunset Studios is located on the second floor. There are approximately 5 stairs to enter the building, followed by another flight of stairs to reach the second floor. There is no elevator. The beach is directly across the street, with the beach access stairs approximately half a block away. You have a great view of the ocean, see pictures, it is not oceanfront but on the side of the building. The property is located near Ocean Boulevard, a main beach road, so there may be occasional traffic and beach-area noise, particularly during the busy summer season.
