Located on the second floor this charming corner unit has everything you need to escape to the beach, including beach towels and bag to use while here. Includes one parking space. Please Note: This property is located next to Ocean Boulevard, a main road that can have occasional traffic noise, especially during peak beach season. For your comfort, a white noise machine is provided next to the bed to help ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Located on the second floor, up one flight of 5 stairs into the building and up one flight to the second floor. There is no elevator. Unit is Studio and is approx. 175 sq feet plus the balcony. Beach is directly across the street. We stayed for two nights and absolutely loved the place. Peaceful, clean, treats were left for us. Every need was anticipated, even binoculars for sitting on the balcony. Wednes fireworks were spectacular from balcony. We walked into boardwalk in 15 minutes, dined at Sea Ketch. took a Tiki Taxi back. All convenient! Not sure who was in charge of the weather, would have loved beach time. we were able to walk the beach Wednesday! We recommend a stay here. Keep in mind this is a cute studio, not meant for more than 2 people. Definitely a SuperHost, would go again.

The place was great! It felt like I was at home, the owner was very helpful and responsive. I’ll definitely be coming back! There beach is so nice and there was a lot of cool food and activities to do on the boardwalk!

This was our second stay and we're already looking into booking our third. It's our home away from home. The balcony view is gorgeous, the walk down to the heart of the boardwalk is so easy and the drinks aren't bad either. Definitely take a drive up the coast, go antiqueing, and discover not just hampton beach but the surrounding towns. We can't wait to come back, thank you for hosting us!!!

Place was clean and inviting. Everything we needed and more in the cozy studio. It was perfect for our mini vacation for 2. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony. Close enough to the boardwalk for entertainment but far away enough to have some peace at night. Would recommend.

What a lovely little studio. It was perfect for my husband and I’s little weekend away. The kitchenette and bathroom have almost anything you could need. Balcony is directly oceanfront and you can’t beat the views. There is plenty of storage and it is very welcoming. It’s a little bit away from the boardwalk which is nice because it’s still walkable while being a little removed from the hustle and bustle. Two cons if there even are any is that the walls are very thin and you can hear all the road traffic from the bed even with the door closed. There is a sound machine available and it didn’t really bother us but we did come in the off season. Oh and there was a sweet thank you note and snacks upon arrival. It was a very lovely rental and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Curated Rentals saved my life, I was looking for a cheap and affordable place in such late notice. Their rental was roomy, clean, and awesomely had a balcony to watch the sunset as well as the ocean waves. Would most definitely rent again!

Little noisy with the snowplows and traffick but it was so beautiful it almost didnt bother me. The front door is a little hard to open and I had to tell another tenant what the code was to help me get in which kind of sucks. The Place itself smelled good and clean. I left a bean and cheese thats fresh in the fridge from taco bell I apologize. Also, thank you for putting the mattress cover on your mattress, there isnt anything better then safety when it comes to renting out places for people to stay in. I worked at a sleep lab and they dealt with all kinds of problems. This is a smart move for your business and stays for people coming to get away from the world. Thank you!

This room had the best kitchen amenities I've ever had in an Airbnb. Everything we needed for beach play was provided. Extremely comfortable bed. The view from the deck was stunning! Best of all was the peaceful and calming environment inside and outside the room. Our host responded immediately to our questions and went out of their way to make sure the room included a special need before we arrived. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you to our host!

My husband and I had a nice long weekend getaway here! S. had everything we needed on hand and more! The view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing. It was the relaxing vacation we needed.
