Located just seconds away from the quiet end of the strip and a mere 500 feet from the beach, it's an ideal destination for springtime getaways. Your perfect beach retreat awaits!

Good to know

Tucked behind the main house, our charming one-bedroom cottage offers a peaceful retreat. Please be aware that there may be other guests staying in the main house during your visit. Due to Hampton street parking regulations only residents of Hampton can park on the street from May 15-Oct 15. We have purchased a parking spot on Church Street to insure you have somewhere to park. We will leave a hang tag for your vehicle in the cottage. You'll also find convenient parking on Ocean Blvd, just a one-minute stroll away from your cozy beach escape. (500 feet from the cottage). Parking on Ocean is $3.50 an hour from 8-12am and free from 12-8am For added relaxation take advantage of the shared BBQ grill. Patio furniture is covered during spring but can be used.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cottage was clean, bright, and cozy, with the space used well. The bed was very comfortable, and everything felt welcoming. We would definitely rent here again. Overall, a great experience.

From the get-go, communication was very comfortable, friendly and excellent. Directions and instructions were clear. All information given was exact. The additional blankets provided were warm and cozy. I love having extra blankets to wrap up in. Each room was just like the pictures listed. Very clean and organized. I didn't realize, that the really nice man I was talking to outside occasionally was Gary. I found that out yesterday. Lol. It was really nice to meet him in person. I will definitely stay there again in the future if I have the chance.

We ended up meeting Gary at the cottage, he absolutely friendly as soon as we pulled in, through out our stay he checked in to make sure everything was good. Absolutely a great experience!!!!!! Thank you Gary!!!!!!!
