A reserved parking space is included, making arrival easy and convenient. **Please note that the only entrance to the condo is through the private patio slider door.** There is no interior hallway entrance to the unit, so all guest access is through the patio. Smoking and vaping are permitted on the balcony or in designated outdoor areas only. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and do not throw them from the balcony. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and other guests. No illegal drugs or unlawful activity on the property. Please report any damages or maintenance issues as soon as possible. Check-out is by the time specified in your reservation unless prior arrangements have been made.
