The living room has a sectional sofa sleeper with a storage chaise, providing additional sleeping space for 2 on the full-size sleeper. Located just seconds away from the quiet end of the strip and a mere 500 feet from the beach, it's an ideal destination for springtime getaways. Your perfect beach retreat awaits!

Good to know

Tucked behind the main house, our charming one-bedroom cottage offers a peaceful retreat. Please be aware that there may be other guests staying in the main house during your visit. Due to Hampton street parking regulations only residents of Hampton can park on the street from May 15-Oct 15. We have purchased a parking spot on Church Street to insure you have somewhere to park. We will leave a hang tag for your vehicle in the cottage. You'll also find convenient parking on Ocean Blvd, just a one-minute stroll away from your cozy beach escape. (500 feet from the cottage). Parking on Ocean is $3.50 an hour from 8-12am and free from 12-8am For added relaxation take advantage of the shared BBQ grill. Patio furniture is covered during spring but can be used.

The beach cottage was incredible. Super close to the beach and the boardwalk. We also loved how close the area to walk the dog was, just a couple minutes away. The space was well thought through with every amenity that you need. We cant wait to find more time in the future to return.

Can't reccomend this place enough, if you're looking for a place in hampton beach this is the one! Huuge plus for being dog friendly but even if you dont have a dog this is by far the nicest place we've stayed in the area. The owner was so sweet and they thought of everything you could possibly need, we had a great time using the grill instead of eating out the last night as well. Definitely booking again!

Gary's place was perfect for our vacation in Hampton. The house seems small at first, but the space is well used and the layout made it feel very comfortable. It was more than enough space for two of us over several nights. The place was also very clean and equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. Gary was also great at communicating. He provided clear instructions and helpful information prior to arrival and was quick to respond when we ran into an issue with the keypad on the second day that turned out to be a non-issue. Two notes for future renters on the parking situation: - Be careful about parking in the driveway if you have a large vehicle/truck. You may need to ask the people in the front house to move their cars so that you can get in/out. - We found a cut-through from the side streets across from the house to the leased parking lot, that isn't on maps. It makes parking in the lot very easy.

Gary & Shannon were great and I would absolutely recommend their cottage to anyone looking for a sweet Hampton Beach getaway. From the treats and surprises for our fur baby to the easy to understand instructions, this stay was delightful. The shortest of walks to the beach and all the fun on the boardwalk. We absolutely loved it! Wish we could stay longer.

Best place I’ve stayed for a vacation get away,once I checked in it felt like home. Walking distance to Hampton beach with something to always do around every corner was great . Completely worth it and I’d highly recommend!
